Refund and Returns Policy

Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Please ensure you have a valid proof of purchase or receipt.

Refunds

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us promptly with your order details and photos of the issue, if applicable.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a product fault or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
